We recommend submitting your request as soon as you know your event date, location, and general needs. Popular dates and specialized services can become unavailable. A request does not reserve professionals or services, and availability must be confirmed before booking.

Can you accommodate last-minute events?

Accepted Answer

Last-minute requests are welcome, but available options may be more limited. We will only present professionals and services that can reasonably be confirmed for your date and location.

Question 3

Does submitting a wishlist confirm my event?

Accepted Answer

No. Your wishlist helps us understand what you are considering. You may review and adjust your custom proposal before availability requests are sent. Your event is confirmed only after professional availability is secured, you approve your selections, and the required booking payment is received.

Question 4

Can I request a service that is not shown on the website?

Yes. Include it in the additional-details section of your request. We will determine whether an appropriate local professional can be identified. Unlisted services are not guaranteed.

Question 5

Do you serve locations outside New Jersey and Georgia?

Accepted Answer

We currently coordinate events in New Jersey and Georgia. If your location is outside these states, you may contact us about future service-area expansion, but availability cannot be promised.

Who actually provides the event services?

Services are performed by independent local professionals and businesses operating under their own names. We Party 4 Kidz coordinates the proposal, availability process, professional options, and event information but does not represent independent providers as employees.

Can I review a professional's work before booking?

Yes. After qualified professionals confirm availability, applicable portfolio examples and professional information can be presented for your review. You may approve a match, request another available option, or remove that service before submitting your booking payment.

Can I select a specific professional?

Accepted Answer

You may request a particular professional or company, but selection depends on location, date, service requirements, and availability. Submitting a preference does not guarantee that professional.

Question 9

How are participating professionals reviewed?

Accepted Answer

Review considerations may include portfolio quality, professionalism, communication, reputation, references, applicable credentials, event-readiness, and prior client feedback. Requirements vary by service and jurisdiction, and participation does not create an employment relationship or guarantee individual performance.

Are all professionals insured?

Insurance requirements vary by service, venue, and jurisdiction. When applicable, relevant insurance or credential information is reviewed. Tell us about any venue-specific insurance or certificate requirements before approving your proposal so they can be addressed with the appropriate professional.

Are character performers affiliated with entertainment studios or trademark owners?

Character services are provided by independent entertainment professionals. Costumes, character interpretations, and availability vary by provider. Unless expressly stated, We Party 4 Kidz and participating professionals are not affiliated with or endorsed by entertainment studios, trademark owners, or licensing companies.

Is there a fee to submit a request?

No payment is required to submit your event details or receive an initial custom proposal. A booking payment is requested only after available professional options have been identified and presented for your review.

Does WP4K charge an additional planning or coordination fee?

Accepted Answer

For standard WP4K bookings, we do not add a separate planning or coordination fee on top of your event pricing. We work with participating professionals at preferred rates, which allows our coordination to be built into the overall pricing structure. Your WP4K booking payment is part of your event total, with any remaining professional balances clearly shown before you book.

What is the WP4K booking payment?

The WP4K booking payment secures the coordination of your selected services and is part of your overall event pricing—not an additional fee added on top. Your confirmation will clearly show the WP4K amount paid and any remaining balances due directly to participating professionals.

Question 15

Can I change my proposal before booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You may add, remove, approve, or decline selections while reviewing your custom proposal. Pricing and availability may change when services, timing, location, or event requirements are changed.

How are event payments handled?

Your initial booking payment is submitted through We Party 4 Kidz and applied toward the total event price. Your organized event plan will show each confirmed professional, the amount already paid, each remaining balance, the accepted payment method, and when that balance is due. Remaining balances are paid directly to the applicable professionals.

Why are some remaining balances paid directly to professionals?

The professionals providing your services are independent businesses. Your event plan keeps the process organized by itemizing exactly what is owed to each professional, when it is due, and how it should be paid.

Question 18

What forms of payment are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Available payment methods may vary by professional. Your proposal and final event plan will identify the applicable payment instructions. Corporate or organization checks may be accepted by certain professionals when arranged in advance.

Are gratuities included?

Accepted Answer

Gratuities are not included unless clearly stated in your proposal. Tipping is optional and may be given directly to a professional for excellent service.

What happens if I need to change, postpone, or cancel my event?

Cancellation, rescheduling, and change terms may vary by service and professional. Applicable terms will be provided before booking. Contact us as soon as possible because date changes may require new availability confirmation and could affect pricing.

Question 21

What happens if a confirmed professional becomes unavailable?

Notify We Party 4 Kidz immediately if you learn of an availability issue. We will make a reasonable effort to identify an appropriate replacement, but an identical service or professional cannot be guaranteed. If no replacement is available, the affected service will be handled according to the applicable booking terms.

Will I be able to communicate with the confirmed professionals?

Yes. After booking, your organized event plan will include the appropriate professional contact information. Clients and professionals may communicate directly about arrival, setup, access, final logistics, and event-day payment instructions.

When are remaining balances paid?

The due time and accepted payment method will be itemized for each professional. Many event-day professionals collect their remaining balance upon arrival and before beginning service. Corporate and organization payments may be arranged by company check when accepted in advance.

What venue information should I provide?

Please disclose the full address, venue type, indoor or outdoor setting, setup and breakdown times, parking or loading restrictions, stairs, elevators, security procedures, power access, available space, and venue contact information. Missing information can affect setup, timing, pricing, or service feasibility.

Who is responsible for venue approval and permits?

The client is responsible for confirming that the venue permits the requested services. Certain attractions, animals, inflatables, food services, tents, or equipment may require permits, inspections, waivers, certificates, or venue approval. Requirements should be identified before booking whenever possible.

What happens if the event is outdoors and the weather changes?

Outdoor events should have an appropriate weather and shelter plan. Weather policies vary by service and professional. Some equipment, animals, inflatables, and performers cannot operate safely in rain, high winds, extreme heat, lightning, or unsafe ground conditions. Applicable requirements will be included with your proposal or professional information.

Can I extend a service during the event?

Extensions are not guaranteed. Additional time depends on the professional's schedule and must be approved by the professional before the original service period ends. Additional charges may apply and should be paid as directed.

Are entertainers responsible for supervising children?

Accepted Answer

No. Entertainers and event professionals are not childcare providers. A responsible adult must remain present and supervise participating children throughout the event.

What requirements apply to inflatables, rides, animals, food service, and large rentals?

Specialty services may require adequate access, level ground, dedicated electrical circuits, water access, setup clearance, adult attendants, waivers, permits, sanitation arrangements, or weather precautions. Requirements vary and will be identified when professional options are presented.

How should food allergies or dietary restrictions be handled?

List known allergies and dietary needs in your request and confirm them directly with the applicable food or concession professional. Ingredients, preparation environments, and cross-contact practices vary, so allergen-free service should never be assumed unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Can guests be photographed or recorded?

Photography and video arrangements depend on the selected service and event agreement. Clients are responsible for communicating any venue, school, organization, parental-consent, or privacy restrictions. If you do not want event images shared or used, state that preference in writing before the event and confirm it with the photographer or applicable professional.
